Terms and Conditions

Unless your safari is booked as a private tour, you may share facilities with other clients, including transport and accommodation. Clients are encouraged to be good-natured and enjoy the journey together.

Changes in Itineraries

While we strive to adhere to all scheduled itineraries, unforeseen factors such as weather, road conditions, or peak season congestion may require changes. Any client-requested changes after booking must be confirmed with our office in advance. Our guides and staff remain professional and will ensure your experience remains smooth and enjoyable.

Prices

All quoted prices include the full safari package as outlined in your itinerary. No additional payments are expected unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Transport

All tours are conducted using our safari vehicles, including 4x4s, mini vans, or saloon cars. Complimentary airport/hotel pick-ups and drop-offs are provided as part of our commitment to excellent service.

Advance Bookings

A 20% deposit of the total cost is required at least 30 days prior to your safari start date to confirm your reservation.

Payment Policy

All safari bookings must be fully paid before the journey commences. A receipt will be issued upon confirmation of full payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• No show – 100% charge
• 1–7 days before – 75% charge
• 7–14 days before – 50% charge
• More than 14 days before – 25% charge

Liability

Pedaso Safaris is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during travel. Passengers are advised to arrange personal travel insurance. A secure deposit area is available, and clients are encouraged to store valuables to avoid any losses. We strive to ensure your safety and satisfaction throughout your safari.

Subcontracting

Pedaso Safaris reserves the right to subcontract part or all aspects of your safari as necessary. All subcontracted arrangements are subject to the same terms outlined here.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. All disputes shall be handled in Kenyan courts.
