Itinerary Breakdown

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve

• Morning:
  • Meet for a briefing and introduction to your fellow travelers and guide.
• Journey:
  • Depart from Nairobi with a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint and another in Narok Town for lunch.
• Afternoon/Evening:
  • Arrive at Masai Mara Game Reserve in time for an afternoon game drive until sunset.
  • Enjoy dinner, a bonfire, and an overnight stay at Miti Mingi Eco Camp.
• Meals:
  • Lunch & Dinner (Breakfast not included)

Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara Game Reserve

• Morning:
  • Breakfast at the campsite.
  • Depart with a packed picnic lunch for a full day of safari adventures.
• Throughout the Day:
  • Enjoy game drives to witness the great migration (from July to October) and spot a diverse array of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, elephants, gazelles, and more.
• Evening:
  • Optionally visit a local Masai village (at an extra cost, paid directly to the elders) for cultural insights.
  • Return to camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park

• Early Morning:
  • Set off for an early morning game drive to catch the sunrise and observe wildlife in action.
• Mid-Morning:
  • Return to the camp for a hearty breakfast.
• Journey:
  • Check out and travel to Lake Nakuru National Park.
• Evening:
  • Arrive in Nakuru, check in at Buraha Zenoni Hotel, and enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park – Nairobi

• Morning:
  • Enjoy an early breakfast at the hotel.
  • Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park with a guided safari tour to see black and white rhinoceros, buffalos, lions, leopards, flamingos, pelicans, baboons, impalas, gazelles, and other wildlife.
  • Visit the baboon viewpoint for a panoramic view.
• Afternoon:
  • Depart the park with a stopover for lunch en route.
  • Return to Nairobi, with drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
• Meals:
  • Breakfast & Lunch (Dinner on your own)
